- Pre-registration is required.
- Please provide full name, email address (for ZOOM invitation) and condo corporation name ie. YCCC 28 or business name on or before 4:00 pm Wednesday, February 22 to membership@cci-newbrunswick.ca
- A ZOOM link (with instructions) will be forwarded to those confirmed and registered no later 12:00 noon on February 23.
Understanding a Condominium Corporation’s Common Elements
Common Elements are described as “all of the property except the Units”. But there are different types of Common Elements, some with “rights” assigned, others with “permissions” assigned, some with “no access to Owners”, others with limited or restricted access, and others with full access to all Owners. What does this mean for Owners and members of the board of directors? Come learn about the rights and responsibilities of the Common Element property.
What can a Condominium Corporation do to help avoid Rising Insurance Premiums?
Insurance for condominiums has been increasing at a rapid rate. Come learn what you can do to help reduce you skyrocketing premiums. Lots of ideas and tips to show your insurance company that you are being diligent in reducing risk.
