The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the New Brunswick Chapter of the Canadian Condominium will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Ramada Hotel on 480 Riverside Drive, Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Join us for presentations by two legal experts on the importance of effective boards in maintaining value in your condominium.
- Registration 9:30 am - 10:00 am
- Presentation 10:00 am - 11:30 am
- Annual General Meeting 11:30 am - 12:15 pm
- Lunch 12:15 pm (Served in the meeting room)
- Presentation 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- Adjournment
The cost to attend presentations, lunch included:
- Members - $35
- Non-Members - $50
AGM only - Free to all members
All members in good standing in accordance with section 7.09 of our by-laws are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. If your Condominium Corporation is a member, then all of the unit owners are automatically members.
