This session will cover what is in your governing documents (the Condominium Property Act, Regulation 2009-169, your corporation's By-Law and Declaration), levying fines, and placing liens. 

To prepare for this session, it would be good to know what your own By-Law and Declaration say and allow, since every corporation's By-Law and Declaration have different contents.
